The problem

You're getting leads.
They're just not buying.

Most agencies celebrate the top number. We obsess over the holes.

100

buyers out

Lead-to-call no-shows

Cold leads book because the form was too easy to fill out.

Calls that don't close

Generic pitch, zero pre-qualification, sales talking to tire-kickers.

Wasted ad spend

Creative fatigue, no funnel feedback, optimizing for clicks instead of customers.

Founders doing it themselves

No system, no dashboard, no idea what's working week to week.

Without us

  • Cheap unqualified leads
  • Confused sales team
  • CAC creeping up monthly
  • Zero pipeline visibility
  • Spend without a thesis

With House of Leads

  • Pre-qualified buyers
  • Sales closing on autopilot
  • CAC down month over month
  • Live pipeline dashboards
  • Spend with a clear thesis

Case studies

Real money.
Real revenue.

Five clients. Five different constraints. One method: find what's actually blocking revenue, then build the system around it. Select a case to read the full story.

These weren't templates. They were diagnoses.
Built for scale. Shipped with receipts.

How we work

Audit to scale.
Four moves.

A new client goes live in about four weeks. Every engagement starts with a diagnosis: a written plan you keep, whether or not you sign.

  1. Step 1

    Diagnosis

    3–5 days

We tear apart the funnel: CRM, ads, landing pages, tracking, content. Every leak is ranked by revenue impact.

  2. Step 2

    Strategy

    5–7 days

Offer angles, ideal customer profile, media plan, creative briefs, attribution model. Signed off before launch.

  3. Step 3

    Launch

    ~14 days

Ads go live on Meta, TikTok and Google. New creatives every 48 hours. CRM triggers and follow-ups armed.

  4. Step 4

    Scale

    Ongoing

Daily optimisation, weekly creative refresh, monthly expansion into new geos and audiences.

Who it's for

Built for businesses that already sell.

You have a product, some traffic and a sales process, and you're losing money somewhere between the ad and the closed deal. We take on launches too.

Lutevid

When growth ate the margin.

8.1×Revenue, $8K → $65K a month
−52%Cost per acquisition
250+Creatives tested

The situation

Lutevid sold a vision-support supplement in Mexico, and at a small budget the ads worked. The unit economics added up.

The wall

The moment the business tried to scale, operations swallowed the entire margin. More spend, same revenue, and nobody on the team could explain why.

The insight

Growth didn't need more complexity. It needed one ad combination that could scale without dragging operations along with it, and a way into new countries without multiplying the footprint.

What we built

We tested more than 250 creatives. The winner was almost disappointingly simple: a static banner and a short, direct piece of ad copy. We paired it with broad targeting on Meta, filtering by age only, with no stacked interests. Once Mexico confirmed the combination, we took it into Latin America and then partially into the US.

The result

Monthly revenue grew from $8K to $65K, an 8.1x increase, while cost per acquisition fell 52%.

B2C legal services · Poland

Supreme Solutions

Breaking through a ceiling with trust.

5.3×Revenue
−30%Cost per acquisition
Top-3Position in Poland
150+Creatives

The situation

Supreme Solutions helps foreigners in Poland with legal matters. The business had grown as far as its existing channels could take it.

The wall

They could no longer increase the volume of qualified inquiries. New consultations stopped arriving, and every channel they knew was exhausted.

The insight

The audience was narrow, multinational and wary. Reaching them needed unusual targeting, and converting them needed proof, not promises.

What we built

A multi-channel system on Meta and TikTok with a non-standard technical approach to reaching a very narrow audience: migrants from India, Pakistan, the Philippines and Nepal. We produced more than 150 creatives, mixing direct response, educational content and real client video testimonials. English became the single language across the whole creative set. We deliberately ran a high ad frequency of 7 to 8, using repetition to build trust rather than treating it as a problem. On top, we layered an organic funnel through WhatsApp.

The result

Revenue grew 5.3x, cost per acquisition fell 30%, and the company reached a top-3 position in Poland.

Moncheri Girl

From an idea to $1.5M.

$1.5M+Revenue in 2.5 years
300K+Followers
+463%ROAS
−86%Cost per acquisition

The situation

The client arrived with an idea and a few competitors to look up to, but no audience and no revenue.

The wall

Two unanswered questions: how to grow an audience, and how to make money from it once it exists. There was no system for either.

The insight

Growth and monetisation had to be built at the same time and run as one loop, not as two separate projects.

What we built

A content machine for growth: more than 300 Reels and banners, all edited and designed in-house. And a monetisation funnel alongside it: organic content plus Meta and TikTok ads drive people to a free webinar, the webinar sells a paid course and a Telegram channel. A partnership with a trading exchange added a second revenue stream, with commission earned on course clients. Organic and paid traffic ran as one system.

The result

Over two and a half years, revenue grew from roughly zero to more than $1.5M. The audience passed 300,000 followers, ROAS rose 463% and cost per acquisition fell 86%.

D2C baby care · Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Poopeys

The second sale makes the money.

8×Revenue growth
3.4×Blended ROAS, from 1.1 on cold
$150K+Ad spend per month
€270KFrom email in week one

The situation

Baby care in the DACH region is a high-volume, low-margin category. Cold Meta traffic rarely reaches a profitable ROAS there.

The wall

Poopeys was running at a ROAS of 1.1 to 1.2 on cold traffic: active, but only breaking even. Meanwhile a list of past buyers sat untouched, with no retention, no upsell and no real retargeting. Every euro was spent as if each customer would only ever buy once.

The insight

The first sale buys the customer. The second and third make the money. The goal was to monetise the customer base without paying to acquire the same people twice.

What we built

A three-tier funnel. Tier one: cold Meta acquisition across DACH, run at a ROAS of 1.1 by design, because its job was to capture customers and email addresses, not to turn an immediate profit. Tier two: automated email flows and 3, 4 and 10-pack bundles that raise order value at almost no extra acquisition cost. Tier three: high-intent retargeting of cart abandoners and deep product-page viewers, the cheapest conversions with the best conversion rate. The creative was native German: “1+1 GRATIS” multipacks, UGC with a real dad and his child, and a separate set for the eco and sensitive lines.

The result

Revenue grew 8x. Ad spend reached more than $150K per month at a blended ROAS of 3.4x, and email alone brought in €270K in its first week.

US car imports · Poland

CarX

Selling cars with transparency.

60Cars sold per month
Meta + SMMChannels
−30%Example saving: €38K local vs €27K via CarX

The situation

CarX imports cars from the US to Poland. Its growth came from referrals and the car marketplaces Otomoto and AutoScout24: stable, but capped.

The wall

Earlier advertising had failed. US car imports are a low-trust niche, full of hidden fees and vague terms, so buyers simply didn't believe ad promises.

The insight

In a niche where nobody trusts the pitch, transparency is the offer. Let real cars and real numbers do the selling.

What we built

A content-driven system combining Meta Ads and SMM under one consistent logic. The core format was trust: real videos of imported US cars with the full cost breakdown, covering vehicle price, shipping, customs and repairs. Every example was compared with the local Polish market price, so the saving was obvious. A typical comparison: €38K locally versus €27K through CarX, about 30% less. Paid traffic amplified word of mouth and organic content instead of replacing them.

The result

CarX now sells 60 cars a month through Meta and SMM, where before it relied on referrals and the marketplaces.
